Hi everyone. My name is Susan and I'm a 30 year old southern girl. I was raised up in the typical fashion of an East Tennessee mountain dweller: Small town, small school, church & sports... an everyone knows everyone way of life. My family is comprised of the usual characters found throughout Appalachia: teachers, nurses, coal miners, and moonshiners.
After attending the University of Tennessee I moved to North Atlanta with my best friend and love. We have a house together with two silly dogs and a yard full of squirrels. He builds race cars. (yes. awesome.)
My intentions for starting this blog vary. I need a creative outlet and I have been questioning my spiritual life for some time now. I think that putting it all out there will be a freeing experience for me mentally and creatively. I want to live my life with all my heart!
I apologize if I post anything here that may offend you. I try to be thoughtful to others at all times and only wish to be honest about where my head is, what I'm thinking, etc.
I learn new things everyday!.. and I hope that I may learn something from those of you who visit and share with me. Knowledge is more important than being right all the time.
